How A Saltwater Pool Works

The pool uses a saltwater chlorine generator and it maintains its cleanliness without the need for chlorine or shock. The salt system will split apart the salt and the water causing it to sanitize the pool in a pure way. The purifier kills germs and other unwanted bacteria as it travels through the jets and plumbing. The salt is recycled throughout this process helping the pool will remain clean and clear. There is also much less salt in a saltwater pool than there is in the ocean so you will not notice the salt when you are swimming as there are around 3000 parts per million.
